Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled tour time for a full refund. ⚠️ Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are 50% refundable. 24 hours or less are non-refundable, unless due to a verified emergency. 🚗 Traffic Delays While En Route If we are already on the road in our van and encounter a major traffic accident or highway delay (e.g. road closure or extended stoppage) that prevents us from completing the tour: Minor delays (under 30 minutes): The tour will proceed with adjusted timing. Major delays (30+ minutes): We will do our best to continue the tour if possible. If the delay makes it impossible to complete the tour, guests will be rescheduled for the next available tour at no extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible for the guest, we will issue a partial refund (up to 50%), based on circumstances.
